Four ways in, and one that costs nothing
Prices include the booking fee. There is no separate charge at any door, and the Sunday on the Green is free to everyone whether or not they have bought anything.

One date, all four rooms on that date. Monday is the cheapest, Friday and Saturday the dearest.

Concession

A week wristband at roughly half price, for students, under-25s, over-65s, anybody on a means-tested benefit and anybody who lives in the Brindmouth postcodes.

Sunday on the Green
Free
The last day is open to the whole town and to anybody who walks in. There is nothing to buy and nothing to book.

- No wristband checked at any point
- Bring a chair, a blanket and a coat
- Moves indoors and stays free if the weather turns
If it rains, the week runs exactly as printed: every ticketed night is indoors. If the Sunday on the Green is called off for weather, it moves into The Saltings, stays free, and the running order is shortened to four acts. Nothing is refunded for weather because nothing is cancelled for weather.
From buying to getting in
What happens after you pay
There is no app and no barcode on a screen. It is a paper ticket and a cloth band.
You get an email within the hour
One email, with a reference. Keep it. If it has not arrived by the next morning, check the spam folder and then write to us with the name you paid under.
You exchange it for a band at the box office
On the quay, next to The Saltings. Open from 10:00 on the Monday and from 16:00 every day after. Bring the reference and, for a concession, the proof.
The band goes on and stays on
It is checked at each door with a glance. A band that has been cut off is not valid, and we cannot re-issue it on a busy night.
Camping is collected at the same window
You get a field pass with the band. Hollow Field opens at noon on the Sunday before and closes at noon on the Monday after.
Lost your band?
Come to the box office with the reference. The first replacement is free, the second is 00, and after that we will think you are having us on.
Money
Refunds, transfers and the awkward questions
Can I get a refund?
Until 1 July, yes, in full. After that, no, but any ticket can be transferred to another person free of charge up to the morning of the day. Tell us the new name and that is the end of it.
What if an act drops out?
We replace them and do not refund. In eleven years four acts have pulled out and none of them was the reason most people came. If the whole week were cancelled, every penny would go back inside fourteen days.
Is there a resale?
An official one, at face value, from 1 July. Wristbands bought anywhere else are void and we check the reference against the name. Every year a few people learn this the hard way on the quay.
What does a wristband not cover?
Food, drink, camping, the sound engineering workshop on the Friday, which is thirty places at 00, and the ferry to Nare Island, which is nothing to do with us.
Can I pay in instalments?
Three payments, in March, April and May, at no extra cost. The band is only issued once all three have cleared.
Can I come for the free Sunday only?
Yes, and thousands do. Turn up at the Green. There is nothing to book, nothing to show and nothing to pay.
